She snuggles closer to Dawson and they start to kiss, then she moves her hands into his blonde hair. He starts to kiss down her neck and she whispers in his ear.

JEN: “Wow, that certainly went with a bang!”
Scene: - Dawson, Jack and Pacey are out at a bar having a drink.
PACEY: “Just think Dawson, another year and you’ll be a fully fledged film buff.”
Scene: - Andie’s room.
PACEY: “Hey Andie.”

ANDIE: “I knew I shouldn’t have said anything. This is what happens when you divulge sensitive information to people. They tell other people that you don’t want them to tell and then they ask you about it.”

Scene: - Pacey walking.

PACEY (thinking to himself) : “How could I have denied it to himself? Told myself it hadn’t happened. Convinced myself it was all just a dream, she would never see me in this way. But she must have, why else would she have gone through with it. Or was she telling the truth now? Did she really wish she could take it back? All of it. He remembered now, clear as day. It wasn’t a dream. He’d finally gotten the courage to ask her to stay. He’d worked his way up to doing it. He’d even set out a T-shirt for her, if she said yes. She’d barely put it on when he’d made his move. He kissed her, she was in the middle of protesting when he told her to be quiet. Then he had pulled her towards his bed. They had slept together, now everything made sense. The other side of the bed unmade, obviously slept in. The blonde hair on the pillow. The used T-shirt with her scent, in a heap on the floor. Her scent lingering in his mind.”

Pacey: “He’d convinced himself it had all been a dream. A vivid one, but a dream all the same and now . . . should he tell her the truth, that she had been right about that night. He had planned on asking someone back that night. Seducing them. It was her, only her.”
PACEY: “What if she didn’t feel the same? God, how could he have been so stupid. Throwing Julie and Jen in her face, when all he really wanted was her. He had to tell her, make her see it. He still loved her. He’d never really stopped, he’d been under her spell. He always would be.”
Scene: - Andie’s room.

ANDIE: “Why’d he tell him? Why? I said it was for the best if he didn’t know. Who knows what he’ll think now.”

ANDIE:(shocked) “Joey you don’t have to answer that and Jen that is a very private matter.”
JOEY: “Yes.”
This time both Andie and Jen look at Joey shocked.

Anyway I fell asleep and Dawson must have put me under the covers.” ** Start Flashback with voice over. ** Well I woke up during the night to find I was lying with my back to him, but we where holding hands. Our fingers intertwined. So I turned around to face him and he was sleeping facing the ceiling. Then I just leaned over and kissed him gently on the mouth, our lips barely touching, when . . ** hey wait a minute. I need to pee.

JOEY: “Where was I?”
ANDIE: “She’s good at this whole, keep them in suspense thing!”
JEN: “Maybe that’s something that she picked up from one of Dawson’s scripts!!”

ANDIE + JEN: “YES!”

Joey closes her eyes, then leans forward and blows the eyelash away.

JOEY: “I’m not supposed to tell you or it won’t come true!”
DAWSON: ”Oh go on Joey.” He tickles her and puts on his best puppy dog face. “Please.”
JOEY: “Nope not telling.”

He then lowers his head back to Joey’s and they start to kiss again. We then see some more scenes of Dawson and Joey doing stuff.**

ANDIE: “Didn’t you worry that it was going to be a one off? Or that it would somehow ruin your friendship?”
JOEY: “Nope, I never even gave it a thought. I think that we both just knew, somehow that we where getting back together. I mean we had been getting closer. Our friendship had been well and truly back on track. I think more than anything that it was just a matter of time before we got back together.”
JEN: “I have some news, know how I went to Pacey’s the other night?”
ANDIE + JOEY (looking at each other and then back at Jen) : “Yeah.”
JEN: “Well we both decided something.”
All that Andie can think is that it might be something that could potentially kill her. At the same moment Joey is hoping the same, that it isn’t something that will upset Andie.
JOEY: “What?”
JEN: “We’ve both decided that the relationship isn’t working.”
ANDIE: “Why?”
JEN: “We both think that although we’ve had fun together we don’t really want to be in a relationship with one another. So we discussed it the other night and decided to just be friends.”
JOEY: “So both of you are okay with this??”
JEN: “Yeah. But back to you two. I still can’t believe that you and Dawson got back together by sleeping together.”
JEN: “Hey wait a minute. That time Jack saw Dawson kissing someone at that party.”
JOEY: “What about it?”
JEN: “That was you?”
JOEY: “Yeah.”
JEN: “How often where you two almost caught kissing or holding hands?”
JOEY: “Of the top of my head I’d say probably at least once every week.”
ANDIE: “I bet you that if we thought about it hard enough we could probably remember some of those times.”
JEN: “Yeah, we probably could.”
JACK: “Somehow I think that he already is one!”
PACEY: “Well he’ll be a fully qualified one.”
DAWSON: “That’s much better Pace.”
JACK: “So when are you going to LA?”
DAWSON: “In a couple of weeks.”
PACEY: “How are you going to cope with being away from Joey for so long?”
DAWSON: “I have no idea.”
JACK: “Well look at it this way, the sooner you go the sooner you’ll be coming back.”
DAWSON: “I suppose.”
PACEY: “You do realise that once he comes back all he’ll talk about is LA?”
JACK: “Like he doesn’t already. Nothing will change there.”
DAWSON: “Guys you do realise that I’m still here? I haven’t gone yet!”
PACEY: “Damn, now we can’t say nasty things about you!”
JACK: “So how are things with you and Jen?”
PACEY: “Things are actually pretty good. I think that it was only because we had such good times together as friends. And besides all we ever really did was kiss.”
DAWSON: “So does that mean you’re back in the market?”
PACEY: “Not exactly, I have some thinking to do.”
JACK: “That sounds ominous.”
PACEY: “Have either of you noticed something different about Andie in the past couple of months?”
DAWSON: “Why’d you say that?”
PACEY: “I don’t know she just hasn’t been herself.”
JACK: “I had actually noticed, she said it was nothing. But she was a bit like this at one point last year.”
DAWSON: “When?”
JACK: “I don’t know exactly. It was a few months before Christmas, she had said it was because of her studies.”
PACEY: “I remember that too. It wasn’t long before I started seeing Julie. But definitely after that dinner/dance thing we went to.”
DAWSON: “Did you ask her what was wrong?”
PACEY: “She told me the same as what she told Jack.”
JACK: “Do you think that it is something else?”
PACEY: “Yeah.” Dawson looks a little uneasy. “Dawson do you know something?”
Dawson doesn’t say anything, he just looks at Pacey like ‘what do you think?’
JACK: “Dawson what’s wrong with her?”
DAWSON: “I can’t tell you.”
PACEY: “Why?”
DAWSON: “Because she wouldn’t want me to.”
JACK: “But there is something wrong?”
DAWSON: “Yeah. And I think that you should let Pacey talk to her.”
PACEY: “Me?”
DAWSON: ”Yes.”
PACEY: “Why me? Why not Jack?”
DAWSON: “Because I think that you’re the only person that she will speak to about it. It has to be you Pacey.”
She is lying on her bed reading a book, when there is a knock on the door. She doesn’t move. Then the door opens, it’s Pacey.
ANDIE (turning around) : “Hi, what brings you here?”
PACEY: “I came to visit.”
ANDIE: “Why?”
PACEY: “Because I haven’t seen you for a while and I wanted to know how your final exams went.”
ANDIE: “The exams went well and I’m okay. Was there something else?”
PACEY: “Yes”
ANDIE: “What?”
PACEY: “Andie, what’s wrong?”
ANDIE: “I told you, I’m fine. Nothing is wrong.”
PACEY: “I don’t believe you!”
ANDIE: “Well that’s just too bad.” She turns back to her book. “See ya Officer Pacey!”
PACEY: “McPhee just spill it.”
ANDIE (getting up off the bed) : “Why are you so adamant that something is wrong? Why can’t you just accept that I’m fine, nothing is wrong.”
PACEY: “Because it’s not true. Because I know you. And because I have it from Dawson that something is wrong.”

ANDIE: “Me . . . Us!”
PACEY: “What about you and us?”
ANDIE: “You really don’t remember do you?”
PACEY: “Remember what?”
ANDIE: “Us having sex!” (Pacey looks shocked) “Yes that’s right. You, me, sex!”
PACEY: “When? Where? How?”

He leaves. Just after he closes the outside door she breaks down crying.

ANDIE: “I told him that so he couldn’t get the chance to hurt me again.”
JOEY: “You’re not really giving him an option. You never even discussed it with him, gave him a chance to tell you how he felt. Or even to apologize for what happened if he wanted to.”
