JOEY: "I’ve never had a feeling so right, like I have with you, can’t explain the things you do, but Dawson when you tell me softly you love me too, it’s like I know we where meant to be, so for eternity you will have a part of me, and all I need is for you to stay right here with me."

DAWSON: "You are the reason that my heart beats, I know I never thought I would ever fall so deep, Joey now I see that the love that we share is so sweet, what if I told you that I believe, that you are my soul, my destiny, what if I was to say in every way, deep in my heart is where you’ll be."

BOTH: "Time goes by but we stand still, love you for eternity I will, I know that we were meant to be, that’s how I feel when you’re with me"

PRIEST: "Could we now have the rings please?"

The priest takes the rings from Pacey and blesses them. Joey takes Dawson’s wedding ring and his hand. She starts to put the ring on his finger.

PRIEST: "Repeat after me. I Josephine Kathryn Potter."

JOEY: "I Josephine Kathryn Potter."

PRIEST: "Take thee Dawson Wade Leery."

JOEY: "Take thee Dawson Wade Leery."

PRIEST: "To be my lawfully wedded husband for as long as we both shall live."

JOEY: "To be my lawfully wedded husband for as long as we both shall live."

After she finishes saying this Dawson and Joey both have a big smile on their faces. Dawson then takes Joey’s ring and her hand. He then starts to put it on her finger.

PRIEST: "Dawson repeat after me. I Dawson Wade Leery."

DAWSON: "I Dawson Wade Leery."

PRIEST: "Take thee Josephine Kathryn Potter."

DAWSON: "Take thee Josephine Kathryn Potter."

PRIEST: "To be my lawfully wedded wife for as long as we both shall live."

DAWSON: "To be my lawfully wedded wife for as long as we both shall live."

PRIEST: "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

Dawson and Joey kiss briefly.

PRIEST: "May I now present to you Mr and Mrs. Dawson Leery."

Scene: - The wedding reception.

For this we see a collage of scenes. Dawson and Joey posing for photo’s together in the garden and then out by the water. We then see them getting photo’s taken with Pacey and Jen, With Gail, Mitch and Lily, and with Bessie, Bodie and Alex. Then there are a few group photo’s and some of Dawson, Joey, Pacey, Andie, Jack and Jen. There are then some scenes of everyone eating and the cutting of the cake. We then see the head table and Pacey standing up.

PACEY: "Can I have everyone’s attention, thank you. I think that everyone here knows who I am, and if you don’t . . . well lucky you. I’ve known these two, God it seems like forever. Even as kids everyone knew they where destined to be together, everyone except them. But that was more to do with someone being oblivious to the point of denial. And then as teenagers, even when they weren’t together . . . well you can’t escape your destiny. You can try running from it kicking and screaming but for these two all roads lead to each other. They are soulmates, pure and simple. He is her Dawson and she is his Joey. And more fool anyone who tries to come between them. So to Dawson and Joey, don’t let Hollywood change your relationship. And one more thing Joey. If he starts to act the big ‘Hollywood director type thing ‘ on you, well just let me know. You won’t have to go far to find me, I’ll probably still be living in your basement." Joey laughs. "To Dawson and Joey."

EVERYONE: "To Dawson and Joey!"

DRUE: "And Hollywood."

Everyone laughs.

We then see a few more wedding scenes and then it is time for the bride and grooms first dance as a married couple. As the song starts Dawson and Joey go to the centre of the ‘dance floor’.

Other people start to dance around them. Jen and Drue, Pacey and Andie, Gail and Mitch, Bessie and Bodie, Lily and Jack, and other relatives and friends.

We then see a close up of Dawson and Joey dancing. Joey has her head resting on Dawson’s shoulder.

DAWSON: "Joey I think that I’ve already told you this like a hundred times already today but I’m going to tell you again. You look absolutely divine. If you where something that I could eat then I’d have to say that I’d have eaten you by now."

JOEY: "You’re just saying that because we’re married, you have to say stuff like that."

DAWSON: "That’s not the reason I’m saying it. You could have been wearing a garbage bag and you’d still look ravishing."

JOEY: "We should try that sometime."

DAWSON (laughing) : "Yeah."

JOEY: "So you like my dress??"

DAWSON: "I REALLY like your dress."

JOEY: "Well if you like it that much you could always borrow it."

DAWSON (laughing) : "Not gonna go there Jo."

JOEY: "I’m gonna tell Pacey that you want to try on my dress."

DAWSON: "You wouldn’t dare, you know that he’ll just want a shot too."

JOEY (laughing) : "That wouldn’t surprise me."
