Scene: - Scene: - Andie, Jen and Joey’s apartment. Andie’s room.
I know that we could make it right

I don’t wanna fight no more
I forgot what we where fighting for
and this loneliness that’s in my heart
won’t let me be apart from you

girl to live without you in my life
so I’m hoping we can start tonight
‘cause I don’t want to fight no more

PACEY (shouting) : "She’s pregnant, okay. She wanted someone to talk to. At first she wasn’t sure but she got the results this morning."
ANDIE: "Oh. How is she?"
PACEY : "Worried, she doesn’t know how Dawson is going to take it. They have discussed having kids but they thought that it would be better if they waited for a few years. But now that doesn’t seem to be what is going to happen."
ANDIE: "And God knows what Dawson thinks now, but he’ll be okay once we explain a few things. We’re going to have to warn Joey or try to tell Dawson."
PACEY: "Oh, my God. Joey!"
ANDIE: "What about her?"
PACEY: "She said she was going to go straight to Dawson’s to tell him after her class finished. Her class will be finished by now."
ANDIE: "We’d better go."

Scene: - Dawson’s apartment.
how can I leave, when everything that I adore

We see Dawson sitting on a chair, his head in his hands. Then we see the door opening and Joey walking in.

JOEY: "Dawson?!" Dawson doesn’t reply. "Dawson? Are you okay?"
DAWSON (coldly) : "No!"
JOEY: "What’s wrong? Has something happened?"
DAWSON (looking at Joey) : "Yes something has happened!"
JOEY: "Dawson tell me what’s wrong. You’re scaring me."
DAWSON: "Why don’t you tell me what’s going on?? Why didn’t you tell me? Why did I have to find out from someone else?"
JOEY: "He told you didn’t he? Pacey told you?"
DAWSON: "No he didn’t tell me. Andie told me."
JOEY: "How does Andie know?"
DAWSON (not listening to Joey) : "She’s just as upset as I am."
JOEY: "What are you talking about? How does Andie know?"
DAWSON: "She saw you."
JOEY: "God, I never thought that your reaction would be like this. I don’t know why, but I thought that you’d be happy."
DAWSON: "I’d be happy? With the fact that you’re having an affair with my best friend! Just tell me why? You certainly had me and Andie fooled, making us believe that you really loved us when really you hadn’t stopped loving each other."

JOEY: "Having an affair? Now you’ve lost me."
Just then the door goes. Dawson goes to get it. It is Pacey and Andie.
JOEY: "Oh my God. Pacey what happened?" She then sees Dawson look down and his lack of concern. "Oh, I get it now. You think I’m having an affair with him? Me and Pacey. You did that!" She says this last part as more of a statement than a question.
ANDIE: "Dawson I was wrong!"
DAWSON: "What?"
ANDIE: "There was no affair"
DAWSON: "But you saw them, Jen saw . . ."
PACEY (cutting in) : "Jen didn’t see everything and neither did Andie."
DAWSON: "Would someone please tell me what is going on?"
PACEY: "Andie, I think that we should go."
ANDIE: "Okay, we’ll be outside."
DAWSON : "Joey, what’s going on?"
JOEY: "I have something really important to tell you. I’m not sure how you are going to take it, so I’m just going to tell you."

remember that I made a vow
that I would never let you go
I meant it then I mean it now
and I want to tell you so

DAWSON: "Okay."
JOEY: "I didn’t know how to tell you this, so I confided in Pacey. All he did was be there for me. All he did was be my friend. Dawson, I’m pregnant!"
DAWSON (At first Dawson looks stunned, then he smiles and goes over to Joey) : "We’re pregnant!"
JOEY: "Yeah!"
DAWSON : "I’m gonna be a dad?"
JOEY: "Yeah."
Dawson then hugs her
DAWSON : "I’m sorry for how I reacted about you and Pacey. I was really jealous."

JOEY: "That’s okay. In it’s own way it just showed how much you cared."
DAWSON: "So just how pregnant are we?"
JOEY: "Six weeks."
DAWSON: "What do you say we do something to celebrate."
JOEY: "It was that kind of thinking that’s got us here in the first place!"
DAWSON: "Ha ha, very funny, I was thinking of something a little more relaxing."
JOEY: "Like what?"
DAWSON: "Dinner."
JOEY: "That sounds nice."
DAWSON: "And if you’re lucky, a movie night."
JOEY: "That sounds more like it."
ANDIE (calling from outside Dawson’s room) : "Can we come in yet??"
JOEY: "Yes."
PACEY: "Well?"
DAWSON: "I’m going to be a daddy." Joey playfully punches him on the stomach. "Oh yeah, and Joey’s going to be my baby’s mother."

JOEY: "’Your’ baby? ‘Your’ baby?"
DAWSON: "Okay, our baby."
JOEY: "Much better. After all I’m only going to be the one carrying it, I’m only going to be the one that has to give birth to your baby."
DAWSON: "I know."
Dawson and Joey then kiss.
PACEY (Clears his throat) : "Ah guys, we are still standing here!" Dawson and Joey stop kissing and look at Pacey. "So congratulations you two."
ANDIE: "Yeah, congratulations. Talk about deja vu. So when are you going to tell everyone else?"
Everyone laughs.
DAWSON: "I think that we should just get in the car and drive to Capeside now."
JOEY: "What about my movie night?"
DAWSON: "You’ll still get your movie night. It will just be in my old room."
JOEY: "Okay. Do you two want to come too?"
Pacey and Andie look at each other.
PACEY: "Sure why not. Haven’t been to Capeside for a while, lets see if it has changed any."
DAWSON: "Let’s go."
