From a d20 Modern game I have yet to run, these kobolds live in a cavern beneath a derelict spacecraft that has been buried beneath the California desert for untold millenia. Their subteranean lifestyle has left them albino and blind. They're a little more barbaric than even typical D&D kobolds.
