"Le Kotsker" est le surnom d'un célèbre Rabbin de la ville de Kotzk (dans la région de Lublin, en Pologne) qui s'appelait R. Menachem Mendel de Kotzk (1787-1859)
"Der ganzer (die ganze) Welt / |

A partir de là, le texte est en hébreu :
(cf. Deutéronome 4,39 et 1 Rois 18,39)
"HaShem hou ho Eloqim, / |
הַשֵּׁם הוּא הָאֱלוֹקִים |
HaShem e 'had!" / |

(Deutéronome 6,4)
"Sh'ma Yisraél / |
שְׁמַע יִשְׂרָאֵל |
HaShem Eloqénou / |
הַשֵּׁם אֱלוֹקֵינוּ |
HaShem e 'had!" / |
הַשֵּׁם אֶחָד׃ |
The רַבִּי (Rabbi) of קאצק (Kotzk) life's ambition was to have a מִנְיָן (minyan) of אידין (Yiden) who's long-life goal was to capitulize their entire being in the prononcement of : הַשֵּׁם הוּא הָאֱלוֹקִים ("HaShem hou ho Eloqim!")
The song has lots of misspellings and grammar errors. Here is a translation.
"The whole world --
All of heaven and earth --
The entirety of creation --
All of it is worth nothing.
Except one treasure that HaShem [God] created."
Said the Kotsker [Rebe, Menachem-Mendl].
If just one minyan [ten adult male Jews] would stand on the rooftop
And call forth loudly just one thing,
"HaShem is God, HaShem alone!",
[the following is in Hebrew, not Yiddish]
A Jew with a great voice, not ceasing
Crying to Me with love [ratsuf: a Hebrew word I don't recognize],
"Hear, Israel: HaShem is our God, HaShem alone!"
