when hiring a Disc-Jockey


Will he/she offer assistance when planning the event?
Is the price reasonable for the event?
What time can the disc-jockey arrive at the venue to set up the equipment?
What is the beginning time for the music?
What is the ending time for the music?
Are there detailed directions to the venue that need to be known?
Is there a contact person on site that is coordinating the event?
Are there any V.I.P. passes / badges that need to be acquired?
If it is an outdoor event and there is bad weather, is there an alternative Date / Location?
Is there a sit down dinner involved?
What kind of music do you want the disc jockey to play?
Are there any specific songs that you wish to be played?
Do you wish dinner music / background music to be played?
Is there a theme that should be considered?
Will he/she interact with the crowd and keep them entertained?
Is there an order of events?
Are there any specific announcements to be made?
Will there be a need for dance floor lighting?
Are there any specific dances to take place?...ie:Dollar Dance, Bride and Groom Dance, etc.
