Adam Sandler
Adam Sandler's
first gig as a stand up comedian came when he joined a Boston comedy club.
That's when he found that he was a natural born comedian. Adam went to college
at New York University, where he continued to do stand up for clubs and other
Universities. During his freshman year, he got a small role on "The Cosby Show".
He graduated from NYU in 1991with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
Adam got his
big break when he met a man named Dennis Miller at a comedy club. Dennis
recommended him to "Saturday Night Live" ("SNL"). Adam went with the idea, and joined the show
in 1990. But, he not only acted in the show, he also wrote for it.
After some years of doing "SNL",
Adam decided to move on to the big screen. He has now starred in movies such as
Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison, The Wedding Singer, Big
Daddy, Little Nicky, and The Waterboy. Some of his newer
movies include Mr. Deeds, Punch-Drunk Love, Anger Management,
as well as his very first animated movie, Adam Sandler's Eight Crazy Nights.
Adam continues his acting career
with the latest movies, 50 First Dates, Spanglish, and The
Longest Yard.
