My Poems
Like a Dove

Open your heart to me
Notice the good things that you see
We're both alike
Even though we always fight.

Turn the tables upside down
Stomp your foot
and make some sound and oh
the mirror moves you.

Slap me in the face
Turn me into your disgrace, now
You still blame me

I bring you back love
Swear the moon shines like a dove
Pick up my hear of gold
Put it back you are so bold, so bold

Lust took you away from me
Hooked you up for me to see and oh
Take my hatred

Hit me with that heart of gold
Turn it over, make me cold, now
Now you're bleeding

I bring you back love
Swear the moon shines like a dove
Pick up my heart of gold
Put it back you are so bold, so bold

Pieces flying everywhere
Pick them up with your care, please
Bring them to me

Throw me into the air
Catch me with your morning stare and oh
Now I love you

Bring your love out of lust
Care for me with all your trust, and I'll
I'll be waiting

Hurt back your fear of me
Love me please, I decree, now
I still want you

I bring you back love
Swear the moon shines like a dove
Pick up my heart of gold
Put it back you are so bold, so bold
Red

Red is the world we live in
the color of pain
the color on people who sin

Red is the color of power
the color of struggle
the color of a flower

Red is the color of fear
the color of embarrassment
the color of a bloody tear

Red is the color of fire
the truck that puts it out
the color that I admire

Red is the color of a doctors glove
the color of your heart
the color of love

Red is the way I feel about you
It's the color of me
Red brings my life to a new.
The Blind Girl

Little girl, open your eyes
The sun is shining on your face
Little girl look up at the skies

The wind will caress you with its sighs
Feel the clouds and their sweet embrace
The pain you once felt slowly dies

The blue bird will hold you as it flies
The animals will stare at your purifying grace
The snakes will try and hold you with their lies

Break free from the chains and let yourself rise
Don't follow the others, it's not a race
Breathe the air as if it were mafe of warm apple pies

Flow freely in the air; remember you have no ties
Set yourself at your own pace
Sour next to the eagle as it flies

Little girl, open your eyes
The sun is shining on your face
Little girl, look up at the skies
Remember now, there is no surprise.
Beautiful?

The stars over the dim night sky,
Isn't it beautiful?
The trees reaching sky high
Isn't it beautiful?

The sun shining on your face
The wind blowing, slowing your pace,
Animals running freely in race,
Isn't it beautiful?

People painting  master artwork on the streets
Isn't it beautiful?
Children running and screaming in kleets,
Isn't it beautiful?
Family and friends surround you and your world completes
Isn't it beautiful?

The sun shinging on your face
The wind blowing, slowing your pace
Animals running freely in race,
Isn't it beautiful?
Under Venus Skies

Under Venus skies
with his Jupiter eyes
He didn't make a sound
But he made my world go 'round

Under Venus skies
with his Jupiter eyes
I learned to love like never before
and he made my heart soar.

But what do I do
when my sky turns blue
and I have to break from the dream
a little hard it may seem

And what do I do
with a love so true
but he doesn't love me too
now what do I do?

Under Venus skies
with his Jupiter eyes
I began to fall apart
So I stab into my heart.
Sonnet of Procrastinated Love

When love is put off on someone special,
People become blind when it is painful.
Warm eagerness flows through every vessel,
To you everything is only gainful.
Selfishness subdues all natural feeling,
Turning alleviation to madness,
Changing rational to less appealing.
And all feelings lead only to sadness.
Loneliness is never far to follow,
Fear sets in as you want to die alone.
Your heart slowly begins to feel hallow,
All you can do is sit around and moan.
Confront love and hold it with all your might,
Because love is something you never fight.
