Arroz Cubana Kitchenomica
YOU WILL NEED:
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 150g ground pork
- medium(1/4) kamote,diced
- pouch(200g) DEL MONTE TOMATO SAUCE
- cup raisins
- cup cooked or frozen green peas
- cups hot cooked rice
- fried eggs
- medium saba bananas, each sliced diagonally into
5 and fried
HERE'S HOW:
- Saute garlic, onion and pork. Add kamote. Cook
for 5 minutes or until light brown. Add
DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce, raisins, 1-1/4 tps.
iodized salt (or 1-1/4 Tbsp. rock salt) and
1/4 tsp.pepper. Cook for 10 minutes. Add peas.
Set aside.
- Mold or scoop 1 cup cooked rice on individual
plates Arrange sauted meat mixture and fried
saba around the rice.Top with eggs.
