Prior to the party, catch the Bride and the Groom alone and ask 20 questions of each of them. From those forty questions, choose the twenty with the best answers, the ones you enjoy. Make sure though it's ten Bride questions and ten Groom. At the party, have the guests number 1-10 on one side of the folded paper, and 11-20 on the other. Ask each question giving enough time to answer, but pushing if anyone starts to take too long. If one game drags, the party drags. At the end of the game, have everyone write down the total number they got right. Starting at twenty, count backwards until you have a winner. In case of a tie, see my suggestions on the Shower Page. This game is fun because it's usually the mother's who do the worst. Here are some sample questions to get you going: What is his/her favorite color? What was his/her first job? What color are his eyes? What did she want to be when she grew up? What is his/her favorite food? What is his favorite sport? What is his/her favorite movie? ...or song? Think of things along these lines. Remember, you want them to be tricky, but kind of easy to get. You want people from both sides of the family to feel like they participated and had an equal chance of winning.
