1. Chose chocolate brownie recipe for teacher gifts.  December 13 after school to put the jars together.

2. Possibly use the “soup in a bag” idea for teacher gifts next year.

3. Spending committee ideas:  definitely need a new paper cutter, a wall case for paperwork in the teacher’s lounge, $10,000 to use for spending committee

4. How to involve more parents in PTO decisions: suggestion of possible survey inviting parents to send in their ideas or vote on ideas for implementation.

5. Thanks to our paper crafter – we had a GREAT time making faux lamps, soup in a bag and a Christmas card!
