My Thoughts on Excellence in Execution and Graphology
I'm Vivek Dixit.

I have expressed my personal beliefs on Customer Satisfaction,  Product and Process Quality, Management styles  and Project Management in this website.


It is extremely essential to achieve Customer Delight if a company has to succeed continuously. Every organisation must realise that there are two types of customers viz. external and internal. At every stage of any internal process there are internal customers. If the internal customers are more demanding then the quality of the process, product, service will automatically improve at every stage. Thus the end customer will receive a better product or service.

Quality (for Products and Processes) is extremely essential for all types of organizations i.e. Product companies, Service companies etc..

In today's world it is essential for every organization to have a good Quality culture. The organization must also create an environment and mechanism for for Continuous improvement which is absolutely essential in today's world. Continuous improvements may be using available opportunities like SEI-CMM for Software, any others like Six Sigma etc.. or any new initiatives that the company may devise.

Organizations also have to strive to perform better and better. Organizations have to come up with new innovative products or services.

Organizations must also raise the performance bar expected from their employees if the organization has to improve.

Organizations will normally suceed if meritocracy is allowed to prevail over mediocrity, and if professionalism  and not egoism prevails.

The fourth part contains the presentation I made to PMI-PCC chapter about  "Challenges faced in Project Management in R&D projects".

I believe Detailed Project Management is very essential if you have have to be a good Project Manager or Program Manager. You must have an eye for details, think about details, work in a detailed manner to ensure success of your project. I believe in the 5C's Project Management. I am also a Graphologist and work in this sphere very actively. Graphology is the art and science of interpretation of human personality based on the individual's handwriting.  I have also shared my thoughts on Graphology in the attached link "Graphology".

I have also co-authored a book viz. "Graphology across Cultures" which has been published and released by the British Institute of Graphologists on 14th sept. 2003. This book is available on www.amazon.com.

This book will now be translated in French and Spanish.

I am into Graphology since 1982 and have studied it extensively along with human psychology. Knowledge of human psychology is absolutely essential to understand the human being. I analyse Handwritings in English, German, French and all the Indian languages. Graphology is extremely useful for Personnel Selection, match making, studying whether children are growing up properly, police work etc...

In my free time I'm researching Medical Graphology.
