THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE AVATAR MEHER BABA CENTRE (DELHI) IS ESTABLISHED.

(a)    To spread Avatar Meher Baba's message of Love and Truth in general, and in particular to helpssss God-loving and Truth aspiring people to recognize the Avatar of the age Meher Baba.

(b)    To provide means and arrange opportunities to enable members to help each other to bring about amongst themselves the enhancement of their faith and love for Avatar Meher Baba.

(c)    To purchase, take on lease or otherwise acquire land, buildings & the easement or any rights therein or there over, temporarily or permanently for all or any of the objects of the centre and to construct or otherwise acquire repair, maintain and use buildings of any description, suitable for the objects of the Centre on any of them including Offices, Reading rooms, Libraries, Meeting Halls, and demolish, re-erect, add to, alter or other wise deal with the same as occasion may require.

(d)    To co-operate and or associate with institutions in other places similarly devoted as this Centre to the Cause of Avatar Meher Baba.

(e)    To do all such other things as may be deemed incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.

(f)    To provide means & arrange supply books, literature etc on/by Avatar Meher Baba to public from the library opened at A.M.B. Centre 50-A, Tughlakabad Instututional Area, M.B. Road, New Delhi-110062. Expenses are to be met by the Society.

(g)    To provide free medical facilities to the public by functioning of Homeopathic/Allopathic/Ayurvedic/unani Charitable Dispensary at 50-A, Tughlakabad Institutional Area, M.B. Road, New Delhi-110062. Expenses are to be met by the Society.

(h)    To conduct stitching & tailoring studying classes at A.M.B. Centre, 50-A,Tughlakabad Institutional Area, M.B. Road, New Delhi-110062, for girls & widows by providing sewing machines & engaging lady tailor teacher.  This activity is provided by the A.M.B. Centre free of cost so as to enable the girls & widows to learn sewing & earn their livelihood.

(i)    To arrange poor feeding programmes at A.M.B. Centre, 50-A,Tughlakabad Institutional Area, M.B. Road, New Delhi-110062, by distributing Fruits, Sweets, Lunch items, clothes etc. to poor, needy people including children.
