LINCOLN ELECTRIC MOTORSPORTS AGREEMENT

PART I.    Lincoln Electric agrees to:

  1. Sell welding equipment through distribution at racer's discount for team use only.

  2. Provide no charge field training one equipment.

  3. Provide at a discount, motorsports welding classes held at the Lincoln Electric Welding School in Cleveland, OH.

  4. Make available new information on equipment or processes direct from the factory that may benefit the team.

  5. Make available at a discount Lincoln Electric motorsports promotional items.

PART II.    The Team agrees to:

  1. Display a Lincoln decal on the race car.

  2. Display a Lincoln decal on the transporter.

  3. Display a Lincoln banner or poster in the fabrication shop.

  4. Display a Lincoln decal on the toolbox.

  5. Permit Lincoln Electric to use and publish, without charge, likeness of driver and car for advertising Lincoln products.  Lincoln retains all rights to advertising.

PART III.  Duration of agreement:

  1. Indefinitely provided team and Lincoln Electric continue to perform duties outlined in Parts I and II, or until cancelled upon 60 days written notice by either party.

  2. Lincoln Electric will make available additional welders at a discount throughout the agreed periods above for team use only.
