We are a new Ladies Jeep Club located in Central Florida and welcome ladies and their family's from all over the state. We will be enjoying rides in local forest and attending other Jeep events with local clubs along with events that members would like to attend. A Little History: I purchased my first Jeep Memorial Day weekend while we were attending the Ocean Pond Mud Hole event in 2005. We traded my Dodge Durango in on a 2002 Black 4x4 TJ on 35" BFG A/T with a 4" lift. And have recently added 3 more inches and a set of 37" Super Swamper TSL Radial's. After getting my Jeep I learned of a whole new world of Jeep people and events, found out about clubs, rides and everything else that goes along with them. My husband and I have owned other 4x4 and have been riding in the woods and going to mudholes most of our lives, but they are nothing like Jeep people. I was searching for Jeep Clubs in FL and up around NC (thinking of moving up there at the time) when I started seeing Lady Jeep Clubs up north, I had one girlfriend who currently owned a Jeep and after getting her into taking it to the woods and playing on the weekends thought it would be a great idea to start one locally. Since then I have met several other Lady Jeepers and our club "Dixie Jeepers" was created. We hope to meet many more Lady Jeepers and Jeep Family's. UPCOMING EVENTS: Jeeptoberfest-Saturday October 28 from 9am to 4pm. The 9th Annual Fall Jeep Show & Swap Meet, presented by The Ocala Jeep Club of Florida Inc. & Walts Brake.
