Eulinda ignored the silence and walked straight to the front of the Gryffindor table. Amethyst, these are my friends, Angelina Johnson and Katie Bell. This is Ron Weasley, Harry potter, Hermione Granger, Fred and George Weasley, and finally Oliver Wood. She said pointing to each person.
Nice to meet yall. Amethyst smiled at each person. As she and Eulinda sat down, Dumbledore stood up and tapped his glass.
As Im sure you have noticed we have a guest in our midst. Her name is Amethyst Waters. Shes originally from America, but lately shes lived in Little Hangleton. Cornelius Fudge wants her to stay here, and as a favor to the Ministry, she will be staying here. She will be working in different classrooms each day because even she has work to do. Amethyst please stand. Amethyst stood up.  Please treat her as a guest and not an animal in a zoo. Amethyst aimed a smile at everyone then sat down. To her surprise, there was food in the once empty plates.
WellEulinda said trying to break the silence.
CanCan you tell me what you saw? Harry asked. Amethyst and Eulinda described what they had seen and the vibes they had gotten.
Hermione looked at Harry. Harry, you dont think? They didnt share what Harry did or didnt think. Ron, Hermione and Harry had a private whispered conversation.
So youre Angelina and youre Katie. Amethyst pointed. Ill never tell the difference between you two. Youll be Gred and Forge, mark my words. She smiled. And youre Oliver, right?
Most people call me Wood. He said holding out his hand. Im captain and Keeper of the Gryffindor Quidditch team. Amethyst reached across the table to shake his hand. Nice to meet you.
Nice to meet you, too. Amethyst said. Eulinda told me that we might be able to watch Quidditch practice. Is that alright with you, or would we be in the way?
Wood never allows Fred started to say.
Sure thatd be great, Wood smiled. Our first practice is next Saturday. Will you be there?
As far as I know, Amethyst said as she smiled back at him. Fred and George gaped at Wood then looked at each other and grinned. The rest of dinner passed uneventfully, as did the rest of the night.
