It has been a matter of controversy for some years over whether or not women should wear head coverings in church.
Paul, in 1 Corinthians 11 says that women should wear a covering, or veil, on their heads for a number of complex reasons.
However I do not agree with this point of view, I think Paul was talking about a local custom for the Corinthians, not a supreme command for all time
