Bells: They are used as protection agaisnt faeries, and evil spirits. Faeries use bells as well thought. Often they use them when harnessing their horses up for a raid.
Strokes: shortened from faerie stroke, and elf stroke. It happens when an elf strikes a human.

Paralysis- believed to be casuedd by an invisable presense of a faerie market
Cramps- punishment for annoying the faeries

Trees: Very honored and sacred to the Fae. They belive it offers protection, as well as virtious morals to live by. The Adler tree is must respected as well. For its green flowers, brown twigs, and red berries represent three of the elements: fire, water, and earth.
Stones and Metals: Faeries HATE iron. So i wouldnt sugguest using iron if you wish to attract them to you. Try something more appealing such as copper or silver. The bark of Oak is good to use as well. As for gems, quartz crystal, moonstone, rose quartz, and amber are good.
