| The general of the troops. He is a tough hard-ass and his skills are: regeneration-for he lost a hand in battle a long time before the radiation and he gets it back. He also has bravery and extreme leadership skills. |

| Major Amaia Quinn-she is the highest ranked women in the troops, she is very tom-boyish and a good fighter. The skills she aquired are the ability to be agile and super-speed as one calls it. She has a sister named Honora Quinn. |
