As you watch this video and or listen to this recording, your mind relaxes and your brain hemispheres balance themselves out. The violet flame consumes you with each and every breath you take. It engulfs you and vibrates within each and every molecule, atom, cell and fiber of your body. Your spirit, mind and heart are consumed in the violet flame, and the light of a loving and caring universe surrounds and seals you in a white bubble of light holding the flame in its bubble.

With each and every breath you take, the worries, and concerns of the mind are absorbed by the light as you release them into the flame. The flame keeps your spirit and mind stable as any emotions may arrise from this release. Your heart remains stable as the vibrations of unconditional love, infinite wisdom and power glow within you now. Your mind is now clear and calm, your brain hemispheres balances and harmonious. Your emotions are stable, and your body is relaxed.

Your forgive yourself for things past, present and futue and you are fogiven. You are one with the flame, one with the light and you and your creator accept and approve of this for and about you. You are thankful for the blessings in your life and you move forwards now in the development of your spiritual awareness of life and love.
