1. If you are looking for horoscopes, my advice is to avoid the daily horoscopes - based mainly on the trasnits of the moon. Choose the weekly or monthly horoscopes, which must take into consideration more factors. An extensive collection of links to mothly horoscopes can be found here:

2. The Excite guide to astrology and divination.
Most of the pages listed here are commercial sites, but many of them contain free usefull stuff: free charts, tutorials, downloadable software etc.

3. The similar selection offered by Netscape;

4. A good starting point. You can find here some introductory articles about astrology and tarot, and other links.

5. Another big collection of links.

6. Astrology software.
Here are some links to downloadable astrology related software. Even if you find the automated predictions doubtful, you will admit that this software has a certain educational value - it creates good printable charts, it tells you more on the planets, the houses, the aspects, the transits etc.
Note: The files are pretty big (1-4M). It is usefull to have a downloader such as Gozilla, GetRight or a similar program installed, able to continue an interrupted download.
