It wasNiki of course,who told me
I HAD to
come...
        .................so I put on 
my black velvet dress
(still slinky n' cute, thanks..
even tho then i wasn't..)
we met up at Bridges salon and I met
 Rebecca

and we drove off to silverlake...
with Jennifer...
It was the first time I'd  meet
 Beverley, 
          Monica Dare,     
              Dashelle..lots
of my good good gurlfriends

....it was dark, the lights  were
flashing,there were 
film loops
 on the walls  
the sound system was cranking GREAT 
LOUD rock n' 
       roll 

REALLY REALLY
 LOUD!!!!! 
in this Giant WIDE OPEN space 
and there were girls
dressed as boys
 running around and
lots and lots of  girls just like me
EVERYWHERE in grrreat OUTFITS and
             shoes and 
FEATHERS and the drinks      
were HUGE and STRONG, 
 and I teetered in my
 heels

 and tasted my
       lipstick
 
and MY perfume filled 
   the air  and my
nails were long  and painted
              
 deep cherry red
 
      
 AND THE BOYS WERE FLIRTING
......But....
they're GAY? OR NO(?)...
                  (or..WHO
 
CARES
???!!) 
       and 
somebody started rubbing
 up AGAINST ME
      and calling me
 
"GORGEOUS" and it felt
 
         
 SOOOOOOOOOOOO good...OH YEAH
                         
 mmmmmm THIS IS IT.... THIS IS,
 WHAT BEIN 
         
A GIRL 
       OUGHTA BE LIKE!!!!!!!
