I was born in India on January 25th, 1968. Lived there till I was 9 years old and then immigrated to Canada with my parents in 1977. Grew up in Guelph, Ontario. Met my now ex husband in highschool. Got married when I was only a mere babe at the age of 18! Yes, I know...what was I thinking!! Been successfully independent now for over 5 years. Was married for 12 years and have 2 beautiful children. My son is 17 and my daughter is 12. I live near beautiful Lake Huron in northwestern Ontario now. I am a Youth Counselor. Work with developmentally delayed individuals. I love my job. Been in this field for over 11 years now. I have been travelling on an amazing insightful journey over the last few years. I have discovered so much about myself, about the world that I live in and the people who have helped me along my journey. Along my way towards my future I have been blessed to have met the man I was destined to meet. I never knew this kind of love existed until now. I enjoy working out at the gym, going for walks. Have been tackling weight training now for over 5 years. I was also learning Shaolin style kung fu, I am taking a break for a while till I get more time to devote to this. I have had the pleasure of enjoying Yoga and Quicong classes in the past also. Into hiphop, r&b, dance and Reggae music. I even enjoy some RAP from time to time . I was born to dance!!! I have recently caught the travel bug and now my sole reason for living is to visit tropical places...lol!!
On the intellectual side, I love a good debate.� I am an eclectic spiritualist, I have my own theories on life and religion. I have been doing my share of reading and learning lately. I have been inspired to write some poetry and have been published. I believe that life is about constant change and growth. I enjoy a good game of cribbage or scrabble on here. I am competitive but not obsessive about winning. I am a simple, loyal, honest, compassionate and�caring�person. I enjoy meeting people with similar interests and outlook on life. I have been lucky enough to have found some lifelong friends on here. |
