| Doubles League |
| The league goes as follows: 4 players are all that can play in one match. There are 4 games of doubles played in each match - no singles or mixed. The same partnership may not play twice in a match. Players play 2 games in each match. Games are the best of 3 sets, up to 15. Each game gains the team one league point, if they win it. No league final, league positions define winners. League to start on the 15th of October, and to be finished by Christmas. Note 1: In Womens Grade A, Loughrea recieve a 5 point advantage at the beginning of each set, against Cortoon and GLTC. Note 2: In the grades were the matches go right up to christmas, a (bracketed) fixture has been added in the earlier rounds. This is just a reminder to teams of their last match, and a suggestion that they play that match in the week of the reminder. |
