"Dani! Get out of bed," Sara said opening her closet door. It took 5 minutes to locate her "work-out" clothes as she called them. Dani was still laying in bed but this time there was a pillow over her head. "Danielle Metso, I am not going to tell you again. We have rehearsal!"

"I'm not going anywhere at this hour," Dani mumbled sleepily. "And since when have you turned so...so something."

"Dani, Pat made me promise to get you in there this early. She knows you hate early wake-ups but this is serious," Sara said.

"No and I wouldn't do her any favors anyway. She fired Shelley," Dani said coldly.

"I know she did. But Dani, Shelley couldn't come with us on tour, Wade can," sara said making sense.

"Don't bring him into this," Dani warned looking Sara in the eyes.

"What do you have against him? He is a really nice guy and you didn't give him a chance. Wow, he changed a couple dance moves. He didn't commit a crime DAni, he was doing his job. And everybody else likes the changes, but you," Sara lectured. "Do you even realize how childish you are acting? So a friend lost a job, so what, that's life. And that's not Wade's fault. He just excepted a job. And I think you know that. So why do you really not like WAde?"

"That's just it! It's not that I don't like him. It's that I do," Dani said sitting up.

"I thought so," Sara said nodding. "I could tell yesterday that you liked him. You were jealous of a conversation he was having with Kayla."

"Yes, but what's scarier is I've only known him for 24 hours. I know nothing about him but I like him. I don't even know his last name."

Sara smiled. "That's true. He didn't tell us his name did he? Anyways, if you like him enough that it scares you now, imagine once you do know him."

Dani's face went pure white. "Oh god! I think I'm going to be sick."

Sara giggled. "No you aren't. Relax and smile. You are Dani, you aren't scared of a guy. C'mon, a guy, Dani. Now get dressed so we can get there and only be maybe a half hour late."

Dani took a deep breath. "Okay, but I still feel sick."

Sara left her room and waited, somewhat patiently, downstairs in the living room. It was close to ten minutes before Dani graced Sara with her presence.

"Took you long enough," Sara complained on the way to her car.

Dani was locking the door to her small house as she said, "10 minutes Sara. Usually it's close to 2 hours. Don't complain."

Sara rolled her eyes but didn't say anything. Basically because Dani was telling the truth. It took her 2 hours to get ready to go anywere.

"What do I say to him?" Dani asked after they were on their way to the studio.

"I'd start with an apology because you were a real bitch yesterday," Sara teased ducking as Dani attempted to smack her.

"I was horrible, wasn't I?"

"Definitely," Sara agreed.

They didn't say anything until they had pulled into the parking lot and Dani realized she was actually going to see Wade in a couple seconds.

"I don't think I can do this," Dani said softly. "I feel dumb, I acted like a child yesterday."

"Yes you did," Sara said seriously. Sara never lied to Dani. She told it to her straight. "But you can make up for it today. So, lets go."

Dani followed Sara into the building and was immedietly attacked by Kayla and Kristen.

"What was up with you yesterday?" Kayla asked ticked. "Did you just feel like being a bitch?"

"Is it the time of the month?" Kristen asked sympathetically.

"No!" Dani said feeling her face flush, Wade was standing about 5 feet away and had probably heard that. "I'll tell you later."

"Dani, don't you think we deserve to know?" Kayla asked.

"Not at this moment no, but later yes," Dani whispered.

"So, why were you late girls?" Wade asked interrupting their conversation.

"Well you see, we had some serious car trouble. The engine, yeah! The engine," Sara lied. Or attempted too. Sara couldn't tell a lie. She just wasn't capable. Her lies came out sounding pathetic, like this one.

"I was indulging in self pity," Dani said staring at him. "I want to apologize for yesterday. I was being a royal...royal," DAni said searching for a word.

"Bitch," Kayla and Kristen supplied.

"That works," Dani said smiling slightly. "I'm sorry."

The room was silent as they waited for Wade's answer. It felt like ages but in reality it was a monment or two.

"I'm sorry too. I probably should have explained about yesterday and my being your new choreographer," Wade said taking a deep breath.

"Shelley, as you know, has a family, and she can't leave that family for 3 to 4 months. She wished she could but she can't. Then Pat had to find someone to fill in and that's me. IF, at the end of the tour, you dont like me or you just want Shelley back, you can have her."

"Really?" Dani asked smiling.

"Yes really," Wade said. "But, we have work to do. Lots and lots of work. I want to run through same old Story again, this time with Sara and Danielle."

"Dani," she said immedietly.

Wade just gave her a smile before he went to start the cd. Dani would normally be mad but for some reason, all she could think about was his smile.

"You should come Dani," Kayla said having forgiven her for yesterday.

"I'd be a third wheel," Dani said shaking her head no.

"How can you be a third wheel if we are all going as friends?" Kristen asked confused.

"You would all end up coupling off. Kayla you will go with AJ, Kristen you and NIck are never far from eachother. And sara and Brian are so into eachother. I'd end up being alone."

"You have to come," Sara said pouting.

"I don't want to intrude. Besides, I've got to think of some more dancing stuff tonight," Wade said coming up with an excuse.

"That's lame man, you're gonna need something better," AJ said making brian and NIck chuckle.

"Please Wade, we want to get to know you better," Sara said praying that would work.

"What are you doing?" Wade asked after a moment.

"To see a movie but that's all we know for sure," Sara said.

"Okay, I'll go," Wade said giving SAra a wierd look, when she started to jump up and down.

"Excess energy," She said turning when she heard the locker room door opened. Kayla, then Kristen and Dani came walking out. Kayla crossed her fingers praying Sara had talked Wade into going.

"Lets get going," Sara said making her way out the door. Wade was the last one out so he could lock the doors. Dani gave Sara a look but she just smiled. The plan was in motion.
