Cinnamon-Banana PancakesIngredients
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk eggs with sour cream and milk until blended. In a large bowl, use a fork to stir flour with sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Make a well in centre of dry ingredients. Pour in egg mixture. Fold together until almost blended. Stir in banana. Coat large skillet with vegetable oil, or cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle for each pancake. Place in a 200o oven until all pancakes are cooked. |
