Potatoes Romanoff

Ingredients
  • 6 potatoes, large
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pint sour cream
Preparation

Peel and cook potatoes just until tender. Cool and grate into a large bowl. Add onion, salt, pepper and cheese. Fold in sour cream. Put into a 8-1/2 x 11 inch casserole and cover with more cheese. Bake 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden and hot. Serves 8
