Julienned Carrots & Zucchini

Preparation

Cut � lb each of zucchini, scrubbed and trimmed and carrots into �" julienne strips.

Arrange the carrots into a vegetable steamer, cover them with the zucchini and steam the vegetables over � inch boiling salted water partially covered for 12 minutes or until just tender & transfer to a heated serving dish and toss with � cup melted butter & salt and pepper to taste
