Confetti Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 2 tbs. vegetable oil
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbs. granulated sugar
  • 2 tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbs. minced fresh parsley
Preparation

Add oil, onions, carrots, cabbage, garlic, salt and pepper to wok; cover and steam until cabbage is tender, about 15 minutes.

In bowl, whisk sugar with vinegar; add to cabbage mixture and toss to coat. toss with parsley. . Makes 4 servings..
