SAUCY SHRIMPIngredients
Combine butter and olive oil in a medium skillet and heat over medium/low heat until butter is melted. Stir in garlic and let it cook for a minute or so. Add sugar, lime juice, tomatoes and Italian seasoning and cook until sugar is dissolved. Add shrimp to pan and turn heat up to medium/high heat. Saut� shrimp for 2 � to 3 minutes or until cooked then turn off heat. Stir in cream, then pour entire contents of the skillet onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with feta and olives |
