BOURBON SAUCEIngredients
Whisk together milk, sugar, flour and butter in a medium, heavy based saucepan, then cook over medium-high heat, whisking constantly, until sauces comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, then cook for 2 minutes, whisking constantly, until sauce is smooth and has thickened slightly. Remove the saucepan from the heat, then whisk in bourbon. Pour sauce into a warm sauceboat, serve at once. |
