BEEF WRAPPED FLAT BREAD

Ingredients
  • 4-ounces soft cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish, drained
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 8-ounces roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup spinach or lettuce leaves
  • 6 thin slices tomato
  • 1 loaf Armenian flat bread
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and horseradish until smooth. Fold in green onions and black olives.

Spread cream cheese mixture on the flat bread. Add roast beef, provolone cheese, spinach, and tomato.

Fold in half to serve. For appetizers, roll and slice crosswise.
