WALNUT CRANBERRY SALAD WITH SWEET MUSTARD DRESSING

• 8 Cups baby greens
• � cup walnuts � coarsely chopped
• � cup dried cranberries
• � cup crumbled feta
• 6 slices bacon � cooked crisp � crumbled

  Put the last 3 items on top of the individual salads for eye appeal.

  DRESSING
• 3 tbsp. White wine vinegar
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
• 1 tsp. Dried oregano
• 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 clove garlic � crushed
• � tsp. Salt
• � tsp. Black pepper

  Combine ingredients in small jar � shake well
