SEVEN LAYER JELLO SALADIngredients
Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water and add � cup cold water. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2� pan. Bring milk to boil in a saucepan. Add sugar and mix until dissolved. Cool. Add unflavored gelatin which has been dissolved in � cup cold water. Add sour cream and vanilla and beat until blended. Cool. When lime mixture is set pour over 1 � cups of the white mixture. When white layer is not sticky to the touch, add orange gelatin, prepared in same manner as lime. When set, add another 1 � cups of white mixture. Follow with lemon layer, another white layer and finish with strawberry layer. Note. Keep white filling over warm water while using it so it won�t set. Source:Linda Daigneault |
