CREAMY HERB AND PEPPERCORN DRESSING
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tbs. low-fat milk
- 1 tbs. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- pinch paprika
- pinch salt
Preparation
Whisk ingredients together. Store in covered jar in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
