INDONESIAN BEEF FRIED RICEIngredients
In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Pour in egg, rotating skillet to coat bottom; cook for 3 minutes or until completely set. Transfer to cutting board; cut into strips. Set aside. In same skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon, onion, garlic, zucchini and mushrooms for about 8 minutes or until starting to brown. Add beef, cook, breaking up with back of spoon, for 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, paprika and chilli paste; cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Stir in rice; reduce heat to low and cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve garnished with egg strips, tomato and cucumber. |
