FILLET OF PORK

Ingredients
  • � cup Dijon mustard
  • � cup maple syrup
  • 2 Pork fillets
  • 2 Tbs. Shallots or onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • � cup olive oil
  • � cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper
  • � cup beef bouillon
Preparation

Mix mustard and maple syrup and marinate fillets at least 2 hours

Brown in oil then put in oven at 350o for � hours

Place shallots, garlic, white wine in small pot and reduce by half.

Add the bouillon and half of marinade. Simmer for 15 minutes. Pour over fillets.
