CREAMY SALMON & PASTA SALAD

Ingredients
  • 2 cups uncooked bow tie, spiral or penne pasta
  • 2 cups fresh green beans cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dijonnaise creamy mustard
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • can 6.5 oz. salmon, drained
  • pinch ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes
Preparation

In large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions, adding green beans during last 5 minutes of cooking. Rinse under cold water until cool: drain well. In large bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijonnaise, dill, salt, and pepper. Add cooked pasta, green beans, salmon, and radishes; toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hours to blend flavours. Garnish as desired.
