BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINSIngredients
Line muffin cups with paper liners or grease: set aside. In large bowl, whisk all purpose and whole wheat flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir in chocolate chips. In separate bowl, whisk together bananas, oil, milk and eggs; pour over dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Fill prepared muffin cups three-quarters full. Bake in center of 350o oven until tops are firm to the touch, about 25 minutes. Let cool in pan on rack for 2 minutes. Remove to rack to let cool completely. |
