APPLESAUCE SPICE CUPCAKESIngredients
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with applesauce. Fill greased or paper-lined muffing cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350o for 25 minutes or until cupcakes test done. Cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Frost cooled cupcakes. Yield: 1 dozen. |
