MARINADE FOR BEEF (STEAKS)
Ingredients
- 2 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix altogether, pour over steaks and marinate for at least 3-4 hours
