OLD ENGLISH FISH BATTER
Ingredients
1 cup Self Raising Flour
1 tsp. Salt Pepper to taste
1 cup Beer
l lb. Cod or Haddock Fillets
Preparation
Mix first four ingredients together.
Sprinkle fish lightly with pepper and dredge in flour before placing in batter. Deep fry until golden brown.
