FISH BATTER

• 3 eggs beaten
• 1 tsp each - garlic powder, seasoning salt, chilli powder, onion powder

Beat egg in large bowl combine with seasonings and let fish soak all day if you like

Using food processor or blender crush soda crackers to fine crumbs.

Using large bag put in some crumbs then a couple pieces of fish and shake until coated.

Deep Fry.
