FISH FILLETS DIJONNAISEIngredients
Crumble bread , stir in cheese and parsley. Arrange fish fillets in single layer on greased rimmed baking sheet. Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise and mustard; spread over fish. Sprinkle evenly with crumb mixture. Bake in 450o oven for 10 to 15 minutes or just until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until crumbs are crisp. Makes 2 servings
