SMOKED SALMON STRATAIngredients
Arrange the bread pieces in the bottom of a greased 9-inch square pan. Layer smoked salmon and Cheddar cheese over the bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In a medium bowl beat the milk, eggs and spices. Pour over the refrigerated layers. Top with parsley. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6. |
