SMOKED SALMON STRATA

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups bread pieces
  • 1 cup chopped smoked salmon
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Parsley
Preparation

Arrange the bread pieces in the bottom of a greased 9-inch square pan. Layer smoked salmon and Cheddar cheese over the bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In a medium bowl beat the milk, eggs and spices. Pour over the refrigerated layers. Top with parsley. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
