FROZEN MINI CHEESE CAKES

  • COMBINE 1 container PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese with 1 can (6 oz) thawed, undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate. Blend in 1 tsp each sugar and grated orange rind.
  • LINE a muffin tin with 8 paper liners. Divide filling evenly between liners. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Remove paper liners.
  • SERVE frozen with fruit or raspberry puree.

LET THAW FOR ABOUT 7 OR 8 MIN. BEFORE SERVING
