Chocolate FondueGather guests around a pot of what is essentially ganache � the filling for truffles.
Place bittersweet and milk chocolates in fondue pot. In saucepan, heat cream until boiling; pour over chocolate and whisk until melted. Whisk in amaretto. Makes 2 cups (500 mL). Comments by Lady Di: Very Good - February 16/2002....Next time I will make it with sweet chocolate.
