Chocolate Fondue

Gather guests around a pot of what is essentially ganache � the filling for truffles.

  • 6 oz Bittersweet chocolate, chopped 175 g
  • 4 oz Milk chocolate, chopped 125 g
  • 3/4 cup Whipping cream 175 mL
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto, brandy or rum 25 mL

Place bittersweet and milk chocolates in fondue pot. In saucepan, heat cream until boiling; pour over chocolate and whisk until melted. Whisk in amaretto. Makes 2 cups (500 mL).
