BUTTER BRICKLE ICE CREAM

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • � cup brown sugar
Preparation

Mix together and place on baking sheet. Bake in 400o oven 15 min. Stir once while baking after 7 min. Cool and mix well. (Bake on cookie sheet)

2 liters ice cream in 9 x 13 pan, place one layer ice cream 1 layer nut mixture and butter scotch sauce, repeat ice cream the rest of the nut mixture and more butter scotch sauce. Use about 1 � bottles of sauce.
