BLUEBERRY-ORANGE MASCARPONE FLANIngredients
Drizzle cake flan with orange juice to moisten. In bowl combine mascarpone cheese, sugar and orange rind; spread evenly over cake flan. Arrange orange sections around outside edge of flan; place berries in center. In small saucepan, heat marmalade over low heat. While warm, brush over fruit. Refrigerate until serving time. Can be prepared earlier on in day |
