ROCKY ROAD BARS

Ingredients
  • 1 12-oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 10-oz. bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Preparation

Melt chocolate chips, shortening and butter in a saucepan or in the microwave. Add marshmallows and nuts and stir. Spread into a buttered 9-inch square pan and chill for several hours until firm. Cut into squares and serve,
